How You Will Teach (smart boards, Google Classroom, LMS, blended learning)
At St. Don Bosco School, we use smart boards and Google Classroom to facilitate blended learning, where students can access educational content and interact with teachers online. As a TGT English Teacher, you will be expected to use these tools to create engaging lesson plans, conduct online assessments, and provide feedback to students. You will also be required to use our Learning Management System (LMS) to track student progress, upload assignments, and maintain digital records.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English to students from 6th to 10th standard at St. Don Bosco School in Pakur, Jharkhand
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans using smart boards and Google Classroom
- Conduct online assessments and provide feedback to students using Google Forms and other digital tools
- Use LMS to track student progress and maintain digital records
- Create and assign online assignments and projects using Google Classroom
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide English curriculum
- Participate in periodic assessments and academic coordination with other departments
- Use digital tools to enhance student learning, such as educational apps and online resources
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes English language skills and cultural awareness
Eligibility
To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a TGT English Teacher in a recognized school. You must also have a post-graduate degree in English or a related field, along with a B.Ed. degree from a recognized university. While a CTET or TET certification is not required, you must be willing to undergo the certification process if necessary.
