TGT Sanskrit Teacher Position at Saint Angels Public School, Bagpat
Saint Angels Public School in Bagpat seeks an experienced TGT Sanskrit Teacher to enrich the academic curriculum with classical language and culture. This role requires a passionate educator committed to fostering deep understanding and appreciation for Sanskrit among students.
You will develop and deliver engaging Sanskrit lessons, covering grammar, literature, and cultural studies aligned with school syllabi. The position includes preparing lesson plans, assessments, and supplementary materials to ensure holistic learning. You will also mentor younger students, encourage participation in extracurricular activities like recitations, debates, and cultural events. Teaching practice sessions will be conducted to refine teaching methods and classroom management. Collaboration with the principal and subject coordinators will help refine curriculum integration and student progress tracking. Maintaining a welcoming environment where students feel motivated to explore Sanskrit’s richness is essential. You will attend departmental meetings to discuss teaching strategies and share best practices. Ensuring compliance with school policies on discipline, attendance, and student welfare is part of your daily responsibilities. Regular feedback sessions with students and parents will help address learning gaps and reinforce academic growth.
To qualify, you must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Sanskrit. Four years of teaching experience in Sanskrit or a related subject is mandatory. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, prior certification would be an asset. The salary for this full-time position is Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month, with the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to Saint Angels Public School’s academic excellence in Bagpat.
