Role Summary
TGT Physical Education Teacher at Saint Angels Public School | Bagpat will lead physical education curriculum for secondary classes, conduct classes, and oversee sports activities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons for classes 6 to 12, incorporating age‑appropriate drills, games, and fitness routines.
Organise inter‑school and intra‑school sports events, manage teams, and supervise coaching sessions for cricket, football, athletics, and basketball.
Maintain detailed records of student attendance, performance, and progress in physical fitness assessments.
Collaborate with subject teachers to integrate physical activity into overall academic schedule, ensuring balanced development.
Ensure safety standards during all physical activities, manage equipment, and conduct first‑aid training for students.
Mentor and guide younger staff and student volunteers in coaching and event management.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Physical Education or related field.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory for teaching roles; TET/CTET preferred but not required.
Experience
Minimum four years of experience teaching physical education in a school setting, with proven ability to manage large student groups and sports programmes.
Salary
Rs.25,000 – Rs.35,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
