Skills
• Strong knowledge of educational ERP platforms and database management.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with school administration workflows is an advantage.
Qualifications
A graduate degree is required. While TET/CTET qualifications are not mandatory, a background in information technology, business administration or a related field is preferred. The candidate should possess at least three years of experience managing ERP systems in an educational setting, demonstrating a track record of successful implementation and support.
