PGT Accountancy Teacher Position at Riddhi Siddhi International School, Sardarpur
Teach Accountancy at the senior secondary level in Riddhi Siddhi International School’s curriculum, ensuring alignment with CBSE guidelines and state board standards. Develop and deliver engaging lessons covering financial accounting, cost accounting, and related practical applications, tailored for students preparing for competitive exams.
Plan and conduct regular classroom activities, including group discussions, case studies, and hands-on exercises to reinforce theoretical concepts. Assess student performance through continuous evaluation, including assignments, quizzes, and practical projects, while maintaining transparent grading practices.
Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, including syllabus breakdowns, teaching aids, and assessment tools, to support both in-class instruction and remote learning if required. Collaborate with the school’s academic team to integrate Accountancy with other subjects, fostering interdisciplinary learning opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, attendance, and subject-related documentation as per school policies. Act as a subject mentor, guiding students in exam preparation strategies and career-related financial literacy discussions.
Hold yourself accountable for meeting instructional objectives, ensuring students achieve at least 70 percent conceptual clarity in core topics. Actively participate in school-wide academic events, including workshops and teacher training sessions focused on Accountancy pedagogy.
Hold a postgraduate degree in Accountancy or a related field. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Four years of teaching experience in Accountancy at the senior secondary level is mandatory. No TET/CTET certification is required for this role. Salary will be Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month.
