How You Will Teach
As a Physics Teacher at Disha Public School Godda Jharkhand, you will use practical methods, tools, and lab activities to engage students in the subject. You will also use visual aids, diagrams, and charts to explain complex concepts and help students understand the subject matter. Your teaching approach will be student-centered, interactive, and inclusive, catering to the diverse learning needs of students.
What You Will Do
Your primary responsibility as a PGT Physics Teacher will include:
- Designing and delivering lesson plans to teach Physics to classes 9 to 12
- Conducting lab experiments and activities to demonstrate Physics concepts
- Evaluating student performance and providing feedback to improve academic outcomes
- Developing and implementing assessment tools to measure student learning
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop curriculum and implement teaching strategies
- Participating in staff meetings and contributing to school events
- Maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment
- Communicating with parents and guardians to discuss student progress
- Attending professional development workshops to enhance teaching skills
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the post of PGT Physics Teacher, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Master's degree in Physics from a recognized university
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution
- TET or CTET certification is not mandatory, but preferred
