What You Will Do

3. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse learners
4. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Hindi into the broader curriculum
5. Participate in school events and activities to promote Hindi language and culture
6. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
7. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
8. Stay updated on curriculum changes and developments in Hindi language and literature
9. Participate in professional development opportunities to improve teaching skills
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in Hindi or a related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- CTET or TET certification (preferable but not mandatory)
Good to Have:
- Experience teaching Hindi at the secondary or senior secondary level
- Knowledge of Hindi language and literature
- Familiarity with curriculum frameworks and educational policies
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time management skills
