Teaching Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum. Use interactive methods like coding workshops, project-based learning, and real-world applications to make concepts relatable. Ensure students grasp basic programming languages, algorithms, and digital citizenship in a structured yet fun environment.
Classroom Management & Student Support
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels encouraged to explore technology. Address individual learning needs through mentorship, small-group activities, and adaptive teaching strategies. Collaborate with peers to support students who may struggle with technical concepts.
Curriculum & Assessment
Prepare lesson plans that balance theory with practical exercises, ensuring alignment with school and board standards. Conduct regular assessments—formal and informal—to gauge student understanding and adjust teaching methods accordingly. Keep records of student progress and feedback for continuous improvement.
Administrative & Coordination Tasks
Assist in organizing school-wide tech events, competitions, or workshops related to Computer Science. Work closely with the principal and department heads to implement new teaching tools or resources when needed. Ensure compliance with school policies on digital safety and ethical use of technology.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rs.18,000 to Rs.35,000 per month, with the ideal candidate holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 2+ years of teaching experience. A passion for nurturing young minds in tech is essential.
