PGT Accountancy Teacher – Millennium World School, Faridabad
Millennium World School in Faridabad, Haryana is hiring a full‑time PGT Accountancy Teacher. The candidate will handle senior secondary Accountancy classes and contribute to the school’s academic excellence.
Responsibilities
1. Design and deliver engaging Accountancy lessons for classes XI and XII in accordance with the NCERT curriculum.
2. Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments that reinforce conceptual understanding and application.
3. Conduct periodic tests, evaluate answer sheets, and provide constructive feedback to students.
4. Mentor students for board examinations and guide them in practical accounting software usage.
5. Coordinate with the head of department to align teaching strategies with school policies.
6. Organize co‑curricular activities such as finance quizzes, seminars, and workshops.
7. Maintain accurate attendance records and update the school’s digital academic portal.
8. Participate in parent‑teacher meetings to discuss student progress and address concerns.
9. Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and incorporate relevant updates into teaching.
10. Contribute to departmental meetings and school development programs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Post‑graduate degree in Commerce or related field (M.Com, MBA, or equivalent).
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
- TET/CTET qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong command of English and Hindi, both written and spoken.
Salary
- Rs.38,000 – Rs.60,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
