Daily lesson planning, including unit assessments and progress tracking, will be a key part of your duties. You will also mentor younger students, participate in departmental meetings, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance Sanskrit teaching excellence.
Engaging students through interactive activities, cultural workshops, and field visits will be essential. You will maintain detailed records of student performance, submit regular progress reports, and ensure compliance with school policies. Participation in teacher training workshops and continuous professional development will be encouraged to stay updated on teaching methodologies.
A strong command of Sanskrit language, literature, and pedagogy is required. Experience in shaping young minds through Sanskrit education, particularly in a multicultural environment, will be highly valued. Your ability to inspire students while upholding academic integrity is crucial for this role.
To apply, candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Sanskrit or a related field, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Four years of teaching experience in Sanskrit or a relevant subject is mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be considered favorably.
